1. PROMOTION PERIOD: Win A TomTom One XL GPS Promotion ("Promotion") begins 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 30, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 29, 2009 ("Promotion Period"). There will be one Drawing during the Promotion Period ("Drawing") to award one GPS prize as set forth below. SPONSOR: Whitaker House Publishers, 1030 Hunt Valley Circle, New Kensington, PA 15068.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Entrant must be at least eighteen (18) years as of July 28, 2009, and a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of the Sponsor, any entity, agents and the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents), and household members of each such employees involved in the advertising or implementation of the Drawing (collectively "Affiliated Sponsors") are NOT eligible. Subject to all United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and U.S. territories, possessions, and assigns and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Visit http://significantliving.whitakerhouse.com/ during the Promotion Period and complete and submit the online entry form. Use of any automated system to submit Online Entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any Online Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Limit of one (1) entry per person. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. HOW TO WIN: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Drawing Period by an independent judge whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Each entrant must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

5. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone within 30 days of the drawing. Phone number will only be used to contact the winner and will not be shared with any third party. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Except as required by law, Sponsors and Whitaker House will not share entrant information with any third parties. Whitaker House is the final authority on interpretation of these rules.

Potential Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that entrant provides no phone number and e-mails are returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will attempt to re-send said e-mail up to five (5) times. If any winner does not respond to said e-mail within five (5) days of its transmission or should the e-mail after five (5) attempts be returned as undeliverable, his or her rights to any prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. In the case of multiple entries, only the first entry will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures in entry transmission, or lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage due mail. Sponsor not responsible for any damage to participant's computer occasioned by participation in the promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in the promotion.

Potential prize winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (collectively "Eligibility Release") within ten (10) days after the notification date, which will require verification of social security number for tax purposes or winner will forfeit all rights to the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

6.GENERAL: By participating, the participant (i) assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participant's participation and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use, and/or misuse of the prize, and (ii) releases Sponsor, and Affiliated Sponsors and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors and officers, from any such liability. Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify, suspend or extend the Promotion in any way, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions (including, without limitation, computer viruses, glitches or printing or production errors) have destroyed or severely undermined the proper play, integrity, and/or feasibility of the Promotion. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or other cause not within Sponsor's control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion. Only the type and quantity of prize described in these Official Rules will be awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice, address (city and state) and biographical information for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered in any way are void. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, participant (i) agrees to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, (ii) agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, and (iii) agrees to receive promotional emails from Whitaker House and Anchor Distriburors. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER, OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE DRAWINGS OR PROMOTION, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR CORPORATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8.GOVERNING LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations as between participant and the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Pennsylvania including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's or jurisdiction's laws.

9.WINNERS LIST: Winners details will be posted on http://significantliving.whitakerhouse.com/ and http://whitakerhouse.com on or about September 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. For the name of the winner by mail, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Whitaker House, Marketing GPS, 1030 Hunt Valley Circle, New Kensington, PA 15068 Attn: Sweepstakes Administrator. Requests will be fulfilled after September 1, 2009. Requests must be received by August 31, 2009.
